A letter from cofounder, Dr. Goodman
On the body you already have.
For more than twenty years, I've worked with thousands of clients – from elite athletes to those who simply want to move through their day without pain. The specifics are different, but the pattern almost never is.
Here's what I kept running into: most people know they're moving wrong. They just don't know how to fix it. Modern life has moved us away from natural movement. Shoes that crowd and compress. Surfaces that flatten. Hours spent in positions the body was never designed for. The intelligence is still there, the body still knows how to move. It just needs a chance to remember.
And most of what the industry offers them manages the problem instead of addressing it. Cushions the impact. Supports the arch until the arch stops doing its job. Squeezes everything the same way. You might feel better for a moment, but you don't actually move better.
I spent a long time being frustrated by that. Then a patient I'd been seeing for years, Marc (and fellow co-founder of Trak!), asked me a simple question: Is there something I could wear that does what our sessions do?
I didn't have a good answer. So together, we spent four years building one. That's what Trak is. Trak is a piece of gear I wish I could have prescribed twenty years ago. The fix isn't more. It's less, in the right places. It's giving the foot room to do its job again. It's letting the arch wake up. It's reminding the calf, the ankle, the hip — every link in the chain — what they're built to do.I got involved with this because I believe the simplest tools are the ones that change the most lives. You don't need another device. You need something that meets your body where it already is and points it back toward what it already knows.
Your body learned this once. Trak helps it remember.

What we mean
Return to natural movement.
It isn't a workout. It isn't a protocol. It's how your body is meant to move.
We're not here to tell you that your body needs to be optimized, biohacked, or pushed harder. Instead, we're here to support your body back toward what it was built to do.
Most gear makes peace with a body that's fallen out of practice. It cushions, compresses, and accommodates.
TRAK takes a different approach.
Instead of doing the work for you, it reminds your body how to do the work itself.
THE PROBLEM
Modern life has moved us away from natural movement.
Shoes compress and crowd. Floors flatten. Chairs hold your weight until your muscles forget they have a job. You feel it in fatigue, instability, pain. Not because your body is broken, but because it's out of practice.
82% say they know they move incorrectly but don't know how to fix it.
75% live with recurring foot, ankle, or lower-body pain.
71% buy performance gear for longevity — and feel current products fall short.
And most products don't fix that. They manage symptoms instead of restoring function
WHY WE MADE Trak
We didn't want to add to the pile.
We kept running into the same gap. People are investing in recovery, training, and mobility, and still feeling sore, stiff, slightly off. The gear they wear every day isn't helping.
So we went in a different direction.
What if the simplest piece of gear in your closet could reconnect you to your body?
What if something you wear every day could quietly retrain how you move?
That's Trak.
Not performance gear. Foundation gear.
Designed to make everything you already do work better and for longer so you can return to natural movement
