The 30-Day Movement Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. If you're not satisfied with your TRAK Ground Wear within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right with an exchange or a full refund of the product price.

Yes, this includes worn pairs. Compression gear has to be put through real movement to know if it's right for you, so you're welcome to wear and test your socks. We just ask that returned items be clean and free of damage beyond normal trial wear.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The item was purchased directly from trakgroundwear.com (items bought through third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer)

  • The item is clean and not damaged beyond reasonable trial wear

Final sale items:  gift cards and items marked "Final Sale"  are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@trakgroundwear.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

  2. We'll reply within 5 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us. Iit helps us process your request quickly and correctly.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We'll send your replacement once we've confirmed your return is on its way. If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge it accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items — we'll include a prepaid label and there's no cost to you.

For all other returns and exchanges, a flat $8 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (or, for exchanges, charged at checkout). This covers the cost of getting the item back to us.
