TRAK Compression
How it works.
The Wrap
Mild compression draws gently inward around the shin, supporting the calf, soleus, and Achilles. So your lower leg feels held without feeling squeezed.
The Lift
Lifts the arch from both sides so every step feels light and springy, yet stable and connected. Works with other zones to more efficiently load posterior chain muscles.
The Foundation
The highest-tension zone: an undercarriage running beneath the arch and along the metatarsal bones It helps the arch respond naturally to the pull of the foot and leg with every step.
The Guide
A light, responsive band wraps the ankle's hinge while a second anchor sits under the midfoot. Together they guide the joint, never restricting it.
The Toe & Heel
A soft, enlarged toe box gives your toes room to spread and grip the ground. A nonrestrictive heel cup anchors the sock so the rest of the system can do its job.
Key Benefits
Arch Activation
Encourages active engagement instead of passive support.
Guided Stride Mechanics
Supports more natural walking and running patterns.
Natural Toe Splay
Allows the toes to spread naturally for balance and stability.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Boosts circulation
Supports steady blood flow through targeted compression that works with your movement.
Stabilizes joints + muscles
Encourages proper alignment and muscle engagement with every step.
Speeds up recovery
Helps reduce fatigue and rebound faster without compromising strength.
“Your body already knows how to move well. Our goal with TRAK was to design something that supports those natural mechanics instead of interfering with them. Instead of compressing everything equally, TRAK uses targeted zones designed to work with the foot’s natural movement patterns, supporting stability, strength, and movement from the ground up.”
Dr. Eric Goodman, Co-Founder of TRAK Ground Wear and Founder of Foundation Training
For more than 20 years, Dr. Goodman has helped people overcome pain and restore natural movement. His work focuses on building stronger, more resilient movement patterns through better biomechanics. TRAK brings these same principles into everyday movement, helping people walk better, move better, and stay active longer.
